About

This website started as a passion of mine.

I've worked in the health food store industry for years. I no longer do, but in that time I learned about so many herbs. I learned about so many combinations of juices. I learned what supplements can help. And I learned that health is not just left up to one group or one entity.

Obviously there are professionals — I respect them, and they have their place. It's just that everything comes from the earth, and if it comes from the earth and we know how to use it properly, then it can benefit us.

So this is not a medical site. This is not a place for doctor's advice, and we're not ashamed of that. We're not trying to replace anything. We just want to be a place where people can find facts.

Did you know this herb does that?
Did you know water is good for this?
Did you know vitamin C can do that?
Did you know your teeth could be telling you something?

Whatever the question, we'd like to answer it as it relates to the natural process. We want a place where everything is clean, organized, easy to find — and it just makes sense.

The story behind the site is health food experience, working with different professionals, doing the research, and learning from people like Dr. Sebi, Mamon Wilson of Centurion Ministry, Dr. Steven Gundry, and Marge Jetton, among others. These are individuals who can seem like outsiders — or even quacks — to mainstream society. Not everything they said was right. But not everything they said was wrong either. There's real information in their work that's helped real people.

And there are others worth naming too. The point is that this is the person behind the site. There's a whole industry out there of people marketing themselves as though they are at the forefront of natural health. We're not doing that.

We just want to put the information in people's hands. Let them read. Let them find out things. Show them where the research has been done. Give them the facts.

That's it.
