Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect the minimum necessary to operate the site. We do not sell your data, run ads, or track you across the web.
What we collect
If you subscribe to the newsletter — we store your email address and, optionally, your first name. That is it.
If you just browse the site, we collect nothing personally identifiable. We do not use cookies for tracking, do not run advertising scripts, and have no third-party analytics installed.
How we use it
Your email is used only to send the SO DYK newsletter — a periodic "Did you know?" on herbs and nutrition. We do not use it for any other purpose. We do not share it with third parties.
Unsubscribing
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hi@sodyk.com to be removed immediately. We will delete your record within 7 days of your request.
Server logs
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and uptime monitoring. These logs are not shared, are rotated regularly, and are never used to build a profile of you.
Third-party services
We use Google Fonts to serve typography. Google may log font requests per their own privacy policy. We use no other third-party scripts, pixels, or tracking tools.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
