Reishi

A glossy red-brown shelf mushroom called 'lingzhi' in Chinese — the herb of immortality. Used in traditional Chinese medicine for over two thousand years as a tonic for vitality and longevity, reishi has more modern research behind it than most medicinal mushrooms. Effects are gentle, work over weeks to months, and lean toward immune balance and stress support.

- Rich in beta-glucans, the same immune-active polysaccharides found in other medicinal mushrooms
- Long traditional reputation as a longevity tonic
